이 생기 있는 블러시 와인은 따뜻한 오후에 즐기기 좋은 상쾌함과 개성을 모두 갖추고 있습니다. 80% 소비뇽 블랑이 만들어 내는 밝고 신선한 캐릭터에, 20% 진판델이 더해져 입안에서는 한층 더 부드럽고 벨벳 같은 질감을 느낄 수 있습니다.
그래서 이 와인은 단순히 가볍고 상쾌한 화이트 와인이 아니라, 약간의 레드 과일 캐릭터를 자연스럽게 드러내는 파소 로블스 스타일의 대담하고 컬러풀한 와인입니다.
향에서는 매우 강렬하고 풍부한 아로마가 펼쳐집니다. 먼저 소비뇽 블랑 특유의 패션프루트와 라임 제스트의 상큼한 향이 튀어 오르고, 이어서 진판델이 신선한 수박, 야생 라즈베리, 그리고 약간의 화이트 피치 향을 더합니다.
여기에 히비스커스 차를 떠올리게 하는 아주 은은한 플로럴 노트도 느껴지며, 전체적인 부케는 밝고 매력적인 인상을 줍니다.
입안에서는 이 와인의 “플러시(plush)”한 매력이 더욱 분명하게 드러납니다. 진판델이 더해지면서 전형적인 소비뇽 블랑의 가벼운 스타일에서 벗어나, 보다 둥글고 크리미한 질감이 입안을 부드럽게 채웁니다.
와인은 과즙감이 풍부하고 입맛을 돋우는 스타일로, 핑크 자몽과 딸기 크림의 풍미가 겹겹이 이어집니다.
마무리는 깨끗하고 돌 같은 미네랄의 여운으로 균형을 잡아 주며, 더운 여름날이나 제주 바다의 석양을 바라보며 즐기기에 아주 잘 어울리는 와인입니다.
Tasting Notes
This vibrant blush has all the personality and refreshment you want on a warm afternoon with its 80% Sauvignon Blanc, but that 20% Zinfandel adds a plush, velvety texture that makes it feel much more luxurious on the palate. It's a bold, colorful take on a Paso white that isn't afraid to show a little “red fruit” personality.
On the nose, it's an absolute explosion of aromatics. You get the classic Sauvignon Blanc “pop” of passionfruit and lime zest, but then the Zinfandel sweeps in with these gorgeous notes of fresh watermelon, wild raspberry, and a hint of white peach. There's even a tiny floral note in there—like hibiscus tea—that makes the whole bouquet feel incredibly bright and inviting.
The palate is where the “plush” factor really kicks in. Thanks to that Zinfandel component, the wine has a rounded, creamy mouthfeel that moves away from the lean style of a typical Sauvignon Blanc. It's juicy and mouth-watering, with layers of pink grapefruit and strawberry cream, all balanced by a clean, stony mineral finish. It's the kind of wine that's very easy to drink on a hot summer day or watching a Jeju sunset.
